If you find any flaws despite our best efforts, please let us know; we will be happy to refund your money or exchange your purchase, when possible, for an unflawed version.
Many of our products are hand-made or hand-finished; irregularities in these, and in stones, wood, etc. are to be expected and are not defects. They will not affect the item's function. We may at times offer "seconds"- these will be clearly marked as such and the price will reflect this. |
